Ideal advanced compact camera

My ideal advanced compact camera is a camera with the largest possible combination of sensor size and aperture while still having some zoom capability and still being pocketable. For the above reason the camera needs to have a fixed lens rather than be interchangeable. Also to have sufficient image quality it would have to have a roughly a 4/3 sized sensor.

So basically the requirements for the camera would be quite simple:

- Pocketable design with fixed zoom lens.
- dual control dials and fast and intuitive operation.
- Either a 1" sensor with a 24-70mm F2.8-3.5 lens.
- or a 4/3 sensor with a 24-70mm F4-5.6 lens.

Sure it won't be a low light monster, but the quality at base ISO will be excellent. Coupled with advanced controls in a pocketable package with some zoom capabilty makes it highly attractive for me.
